Shipping policy

** Delays in shipping could occur secondary to national shipping services delays **

We believe in FAST shipping!  Orders ship the same day or next business day Monday through Thursday from the date the order is received, except for pre-orders, wholesale orders, and where otherwise indicated. You will receive an email (or text) with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.

We ship all orders with insurance so if your items arrive damaged just shoot us an email with pictures to info@ironandpearl.com and we will take care of it for you.  Pictures required include:  a picture of the package, a picture of the label, a picture of inside of package, picture of damaged product.  Save the broken items in the event the shipping carrier needs to review the package for an insurance claim.  

We LOVE our Earth and that's why we ship all items with biodegradable, compostable packing peanuts &/or recycled/re-used packing materials.  We ask that you please recycle your packaging materials.
