Wholesale Terms

WELCOME TO IRON + PEARL! 

Active Accounts:  In order to maintain your account in an active status, you must order a minimum of three times per calendar year or we will move your account to an inactive status and you will need to reapply for a wholesale account.

Private labeling:  At this time we do not offer private labeling. 

Shipping:  We will work to get your shipments out as quick as possible.  During periods of high volume, such as new collection releases, times could be delayed.  If you have an event or a deadline you need them for, please be sure to add that in the comment section when you place your order at checkout and we will do our best to meet your deadline when feasible.

Return Policy:  Returns will be processed if returned within 30 days of package delivery date. Return shipping paid for by the purchaser. Upon seller's approval of condition of returned goods prompt refund will be processed in the same method which payment was received. There is a 10% restocking fee for all returns. Please notify us in writing at info@ironandpearl.com prior to sending a return. 

Damaged Goods:  Please notify us within 3 business days of delivery date in writing with pictures attached if your shipment arrives damaged in order to be eligible for refund or replacement. We ask that you hold the box and broken contents in the event the shipping carrier wants to pick it up for inspection to approve your claim.  Email notification to info@ironandpearl.com 

Zip Code Protection:  We do not offer zip code protection, however if you are an established vendor I do discourage another vendor in your local area from carrying our line, as it's not good for any of us to saturate one market.  

** We will require a sales and use sales tax certificate in order to grant your account as tax exempt.  Please email a copy to info@ironandpearl.com with the subject line Sales Tax Certificate.
