Refund policy

We love our products and hope you do too, but if you are not satisfied and would like to return your unopened/unused product please send an email to info@ironandpearl.com with your return request to be approved. Return shipping is paid for by the purchaser. A refund will be applied to the form of payment once goods are received unopened and free of damage by the shipper.
