When I caught the big virus and lost my sense of taste and smell, I could no longer formulate fragrances or do quality checks, it was heartbreaking. This is what led me to start Sporty Nails for something fun to do and to learn a different business model. |

Well after 2 YEARS my smell finally returned to normal and I restarted my candle business Iron + Pearl. I have a very loyal following of customers that patiently awaited my return for which I am forever grateful. After juggling both businesses for awhile, while also working part time and being a stay at home mom, it was all too much. Sporty Nails was fun, but my passion is candles and creating a home so it is time to give it my focus.
